In-home Training
Hourly Rate : $150 (same amount for multiple dogs)
Puppy Hourly Rate: $120 (5 months and younger- does not apply to multi dog households)

Fort Belvoir Hourly Rate : $165

Please note the first session is 1.5 hours. For example the first session with 1.5 is $225)

How Payment Works

Your first session must be paid when your date is confirmed. We send an invoice via Paypal. If this is not paid, we will cancel your session

Follow up sessions are due the day before your session​

We require a credit card on file but do not manually charge your card.
72- Hour Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
-
If you cancel or reschedule any service (excluding Immersion) within 72 hours of the scheduled session you will be charged 50% of the cost of the session as a cancellation fee

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, this is considered "no show" and you will be charged for 100% of the session cost

IMMERSION PROGRAM PAYMENT POLICY
Initial Consultation & Payment

All clients are required to begin with an initial consultation and training session at our standard hourly rate.

If you have selected program dates in advance, a deposit is required to secure those dates at the time of booking.
Program Fees and Payments

Immersion Program Fee: The total cost for the Immersion Program is $2,999.

Deposit: Your initial $500 payment made at the time of booking will be applied toward the total program cost.

Final Payment: The remaining balance for the program is due one week prior to your originally scheduled start date. If the start date is changed, payment will still be due based on the original start date.
Cancellation Policy​

7-Business Day Full Liability: If you cancel any part of the program within 7 business days of the scheduled start date, you will be liable for 100% of the program cost.
Reschedule Policy​

Rescheduling Fee (5 Business Days): If you need to reschedule the program start date within 5 business days of the scheduled start, a $300 administrative fee will apply.

During the Program: To reschedule any individual session during the program, a minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required. Failure to provide this notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Terms & Conditions
1. No Refunds and No Guarantees

No Refund Policy: By enrolling in any of our training programs, including the Immersion Program, you agree that all payments made are non-refundable, and there are no refunds under any circumstances. This includes if you choose to discontinue the program before completion.

No Guarantees: While our training programs are designed to achieve positive results, we make no guarantees regarding the outcome of the training. Results depend on multiple factors, including your dog’s behavior, your adherence to the training program, and other external factors beyond our control. You acknowledge and accept that there is no guaranteed outcome or result from our services.
2. Commitment to the Program

Non-Refundable Payments: Should you choose to discontinue or withdraw from the program at any point after it has begun, you will not receive any refund for any portion of the fees paid. By enrolling, you agree to this non-refundable policy in its entirety.
3. Review and Dispute Policy

Negative Review Policy: You agree not to publicly post any negative or disparaging reviews, comments, or statements regarding our company or services based on enforcement of our payment and refund policies. This includes but is not limited to social media, online review platforms, and other public forums.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: In the event that you feel dissatisfied and wish to pursue any claim or dispute related to this agreement, you agree to resolve such matters through binding arbitration rather than through litigation. Any claims or disputes must be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Legal Fees and Damages: If you breach this review policy and it results in a legal dispute, you agree to be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and attorney fees associated with enforcing this agreement. Additionally, if a negative review or public complaint leads to arbitration, you agree to pay a penalty of $5,000 in damages for breaching this agreement.
4. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any of our programs and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. You agree to abide by the policies outlined above and understand that this is a legally binding agreement.
